MISSION

CQGRD produces, disseminates, and helps implement new ideas and technologies that improve the theory and practice of quality growth.


WORK PROGRAM

CQGRD is an applied research center, studying solutions that communities can implement in order to foster quality growth and development. The Center serves communities—particularly those in the Southeast United States—through extensive public outreach efforts. The Center also works to model sustainable business practices in all of its activities. Its work focuses on five complementary programmatic areas:

PARTNERS

CQGRD acts as a catalyst to bring together the expertise and resources necessary to promote smarter growth not only in the Atlanta region, but throughout the southeast. It strengthens its research base through partnerships with other universities.

In addition, CQGRD has in the past worked with multiple community groups, civic leaders, and organizations both for-profit and non-profit with a similar dedication to quality growth.
