The Center for Quality Growth and Regional Development is located in the Economic Development (ED) building of Technology Square, shown on the right side of the map below.
DIRECTIONS & PARKING
CQGRD is located within Technology Square, a multi-building complex of facilities located in Midtown Atlanta. Two MARTA train stations (the North Avenue and Midtown stations) are within walking distance and a parking garage offering hourly and daily parking rates is available for visitors.
From I-85/75 North (I-85 from the airport)
Take I-85 North to the 10th/14th street exit (#250). Continue straight for 0.1 mile on Williams Street and turn right onto 10th Street . Travel 0.1 mile and turn right onto Spring Street. The Economic Development Building is approximately 0.4 on the right.
From I-85 South
Take I-85 South to the Techwood Drive/14th Street/10th Street exit (#84). Turn left on 14th Street . Travel .2 mile and turn right on Spring Street. The Economic Development Building is approximately 0.7 mile on the right.
From I-75 South
Take I-75 South to the Techwood Drive 14th Street / 10th Street exit (#250). Turn left on 14th Street . Travel 0.2 and turn right on Spring Street. The Economic Development Building is approximately 0.7 mile on the right.
From 400 South
Take GA-400 South to I-85 South and follow the directions above.
From I-20
Take I-20 to I-85/75 North and follow the directions above.
ON MARTA

The North Avenue and Midtown Train Stations on MARTA's North-South line are within walking distance of CQGRD's office.
From the North Avenue Station, exit the station onto West Peachtree. Take West Peachtree north for one block to 4th Street. Turn left onto 4th Street and go one block to Spring Street. The Economic Development Building (760 Spring Street), where CQGRD is located, is across the street on the corner of Williams Street and Spring Street. CQGRD is located on the second floor.
From the Midtown Station you can take the Tech Trolley to CQGRD's office. During regular business hours the Trolley arrives at the Midtown Station approximately every 6 minutes during the academic year and every 12 minutes in the summer. Take the Trolley to the first stop in front of the Centergy Building on 5th Street. Exit the Trolley and go east on 5th Street to Spring Street. Turn right onto Spring Street. The Economic Development Building (760 Spring Street), where CQGRD is located, will be on the right-hand side of the street at the end of the block.
